-I've had a number of people ask me what happened to the CAROLINE BLUE CD and why they can't seem to find it anywhere. Here is the explaination....
-For those of you who may not know, there are songs on the CAROLINE BLUE CD that were written by outside writers. These include people who have been in the band before and/or people who I used to be in bands with in the past. Thru verbal agreements,I was under the impression & belief that I had full authority to record & distribute the CD and videos containing material written by all the writers involved. However, there is now doubt with one of the contributing writers as to what that agreement was/is.
-In the interest of doing the right thing, all materials associated with the 1st CD have been removed from the sites until there is clarification on our agreement.
-In layman's terms, until this is settled, we cannot display or sell the CD. Hence why it is not available for sale online, at our shows,or for purchase at stores. It has also been removed from our main & secondary sites.
-We are working hard to get all this resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved ASAP. I will be updating this thread as well as the blog on our My Space page (Click HERE to see) on the progress of the negotiations. We at CB wish to thank everyone for all your support at this time. We appreciate it very much and assure you that this will all be resolved soon. Keep the faith & keep rockin!

I mean its not like you're selling millions of records or anything! Then again I always get stuff in writing because I don't trust anyone!! 
when it comes to the specifics of what was agreed upon. Remember, you can't spell "gray" without "gay"..
Just goes to show that, at least in this kind of situation, "Gentlemen`s Agreements" aren`t worth the air they`re made of. ALWAYS get it in writing and ALWAYS get some good legal advice! As the late Noel Redding [bassist w/ The Jimi Hendrix Experience] once wrote: "Study hard, get into any business course you can, and play as much as you can. If I had to do it over, I`d go to law school and carry a machine gun."

so it would be more dramatic, took out that vocal in the part before the solo & changed a word here & there so it would flow better but not enough for me to stake any claim on it. That's why the situation is as it is. *shrugs shoulders* 
Oh wait didn't he get snagged for some underhanded @#%$ awhile back?
